Dearest Unity CommUnity,
Many of us have been under a tremendous amount of stress for the past eight months.
In Unity communities, we are asked to look beyond what is appearing. The opposite of stress is to relax. One way I suggest we do this anytime we notice we are experiencing stress is to take a gentle or deep breath. I invite you to attend our Sunday service where my lesson title is “Too Blessed to Be Stressed.”
