Do you ever have times when you are thinking about something in the past or wondering about the future? I am certain, each of us are doing this often throughout each day. When this occurs, I invite you to take a breath and be in the present moment. Sunday is the first day of Advent. I invite you to focus on the spiritual qualities of faith and hope. How do these resonate with us when we are being pulled by the past or uneasy about what lies ahead?
