“Is this a typo?” you may be asking yourself. Surely we must mean “affirmations.” No, this is not a typo. While affirmations are empowering statements used to create positivity in our lives, “afformations” are empowering questions that are said to work faster and more efficiently than traditional affirmations. Please join us as we learn about empowering questions while explore Afformations.
